Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Director, Area Asset Manager to lead regional asset performance across energy-from-waste facilities. You will drive revenue growth, margin improvement and capital efficiency while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and requires a strong background in energy-from-waste, strategic leadership, and proven P&L management across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• MBA with engineering or business/finance preferred.
• Business or strong technical degree with operating background required.
• Minimum 7 years in waste/energy/production in a senior management role.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Profit and loss management for asset base.
• Asset improvement and development focused on revenue and margin growth.
• Contract oversight and compliance.
• Ensure prompt service delivery to Reworld customers.
• Develop and implement market strategies including merchant waste contracting.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Manage risk and contribute to strategy development and business development.
