Qualifications

• MBA with engineering or business/finance preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in waste/energy/production in a senior role.
• Proven P&L, budgeting and forecasting experience in industrial settings.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, analytical and negotiation abilities.
