Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across North America, overseeing high-, medium-, and low-voltage infrastructure for the Energy-from-Waste process at 30+ facilities. You will set technical standards, mentor SMEs, and drive capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with MV/HV systems and capital projects.
• Technical due diligence for equipment sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across facilities.
• Lead electrical infrastructure design for capital projects.
• Develop and maintain Reworld's electrical standards library.
• Mentor SMEs and lead FEL activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet discipline needs.
