Job summary

National General is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling current customers, and maintaining a strong book of business. You will sell to local customers in person and by phone, while engaging with the community to fuel referrals and partnerships.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building a robust pipeline, and staying updated on products, underwriting rules, and competition.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Licensing in P&C preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
