National General Holdings Corp. is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships in the local market.

The role involves selling to local customers both in person and over the phone, with an emphasis on community involvement and outside marketing efforts. Training and a base hourly rate are provided, plus incentive opportunities.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth (dealerships, events, local partners).
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
