Job summary

You will manage outbound prospecting, maintain a steady pipeline, and collaborate with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
• Ability to learn products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships with dealerships, events and local partners.
