Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. Join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role to help businesses adopt payment processing solutions and gain true ownership of their income.

You will go door-to-door or visit local merchants, educate on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals. Remote work is available within the US with full training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
