Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom to manage your time and income, and the chance to grow with ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities include visiting local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educating owners on savings, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
