Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering flexibility and control over your time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses or work remote across the U.S., educate owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Comprehensive training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
