Job summary

Xplor Technologies invites you to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential, with residual income from active accounts and activation bonuses.

You’ll visit local businesses, educate owners on savings, and close deals while enjoying flexible scheduling and training support. Successful candidates are strong communicators with a hunter mentality, experience in merchant services or related sales, and the ability to work remotely within

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
