Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control over their time and earnings.

You’ll go door-to-door or engage local merchants, educating them on payment processing solutions and value. Enjoy activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and a flexible schedule with training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
