Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.
• Willingness to work in-person with local lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop community relationships to support growth (dealerships, events, partners).
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
