Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Digital Solutions Account Manager to own the new business and account growth mission for the Digital portfolio: SCADA and HMI platforms, MES and MOM deployments, historians, OT/IT integration, and the professional services wrapped around them. You'll inherit a foundation of existing accounts across the integrator's install base and build from there, but the real money and upside are in the logos you bring.

No territorial limits, no gatekeeping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven new business development or account management selling SCADA, MES/MOM, industrial software, or digital transformation services.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Ignition, FactoryTalk, AVEVA/Wonderware, PI, or Siemens Opcenter.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and scale existing accounts aggressively across the Digital portfolio.
• Identify and pursue high-value SCADA, MES, and digital transformation opportunities within your territory and beyond.
• Sell into both plant operations and corporate IT, building consensus across multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to scope tailored, high-value digital solutions that close deals.
• Travel to client sites across North America to close business and build relationships.
