Job summary
CONVERGIX Automation Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive CDS digital services, focusing on MES/MOM deployments and OT data enablement. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with plant managers, IT directors, and operations leaders across the US.
Remote-ready, with travel across the US/Canada as required. The role emphasizes consultative selling, market development, and building multi-year revenue programs within a dynamic automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.
- Demonstrated closed wins in MES/MOM solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with Ignition and Sepasoft modules.
- Historian experience with time-series data.
- Familiar with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
- Based in the United States and able to travel 50%+ within US/Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts and build net-new pipeline in accounts with no prior CDS revenue.
- Own the full sales motion from prospecting through signed PO, including discovery and business-case development.
- Drive inbound inquiries to qualified opportunities and convert marketing leads to deals.
- Position MES/MOM/ OT data solutions to target verticals such as Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, CPG, and Oil & Gas.
- Collaborate with DS Solution Architect to scope and propose commercial solutions.
