Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions seeks an Account Manager to own the CDS digital sales quota, build new pipeline, and close multi-year digital services deals. You will lead discovery, shape solutions with the DS Solution Architect, and drive both new business and value-driven engagements across manufacturing sectors.

Ideal candidates have MES/MOM experience, Ignition knowledge, and a consultative selling approach to turn ROI into funded projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, manufacturing IT, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own quota for CDS digital sales and total Convergix digital services revenue.
• Build net-new pipeline in accounts with no prior CDS revenue.
• Manage full sales motion from outbound prospecting to signed PO, including discovery and business case development.
• Drive inbound inquiries to qualified opportunities and convert marketing leads to deals.
• Collaborate with DS Solution Architect on technical scoping and proposals.
