Job summary

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions seeks an experienced Account Manager to own the CDS digital services sales motion. You will drive net-new pipeline, lead from discovery to PO, and coordinate with the DS Solution Architect to shape solutions and pricing.

You will engage plant managers and IT/directors, build ROI through MES/MOM deployments, and expand multi-year revenue with strong partner alignment. This remote US role requires travel and results-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, manufacturing IT, or systems integration.
• Demonstrated closed wins in MES/MOM solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with Ignition (Inductive Automation). Sepasoft module experience is a strong plus.
• Historian experience and time-series data handling.
• A proven consultative seller using MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel 50%+ within US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• New-account development and building net-new pipeline.
• Own the full sales motion from outbound prospecting through signed PO, including discovery and business case development.
• Drive digital campaign inquiries to qualified opportunities and convert marketing leads to deals.
• Target verticals: Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, CPG, Oil & Gas, discrete manufacturing.
• Manage the commercial motion across the CDS digital stack: Ignition, Intuition, Sepasoft MES/MOM, Historian, and OT data enablement.
• Collaborate with the DS Solution Architect on scoping and proposal development; set the commercial strategy.
