Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Digital Reporting to lead a team of Digital Reporters in delivering service excellence from a remote work environment. You’ll coach, train, and monitor performance against the company scorecard while collaborating with field offices and transcription teams.

You will manage onboarding, training delivery, and quality assurance processes, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience or degree preferred.
• One year of experience in the legal services industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn Esquire’s technology platforms.
• Strong coaching, training, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and legal terminology.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Digital Reporters, including equipment shipment and onboarding plans.
• Coach digital reporters and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Support Digital Reporters through The Court Reporting Academy and Apprenticeship Program.
• Deliver training on skills, policies, and services.
• Maintain NetSuite vendor profiles and approve time cards/expenses for reporters.
• Communicate reporter availability to local field teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve quality concerns and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Participate in performance reviews and coordinate with HR on issues.
