Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Digital Reporter Transcription Trainer to develop and deliver transcription training for Digital Reporters. You will coach learners through rigorous programs, build practical training materials, and ensure accuracy and quality in transcripts.

The role is remote, with collaboration across National Operations and leadership to align training with Esquire’s standards and evolving procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Digital Reporter, court reporter, or transcriptionist.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and coach others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver transcription training for Digital Reporters.
• Coach learners through rigorous training and provide clear feedback.
• Organize and update training materials, guides, and resources.
• Collaborate with National Operations to align training with standards.
• Document procedures and best practices in Confluence or LMS.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in training and workflows.
