Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Digital Reporter to capture verbatim records of depositions and other judicial proceedings, in person or remote, using specialized recording software and hardware. You’ll also administer oaths and create detailed annotations for transcription to ensure accurate playback.

The role requires maintaining professional client relationships, managing exhibits and backup files, and meeting deadlines while traveling within a 75-mile radius as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in capturing audio/video.
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal terminology preferred.
• CER certification and Notary Public license are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Accurately record legal proceedings using advanced audio/video equipment.
• Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority.
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription and playback.
• Manage and secure exhibits, backup files, and worksheets.
• Maintain professionalism and build relationships with clients and legal professionals.
• Prepare for assignments and respond to communications efficiently.
