Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is seeking a Digital Reporter to capture verbatim records of depositions and other judicial proceedings, in-office or remote. You will operate specialized recording software and hardware, administer oaths, and prepare transcripts with detailed annotations for playback.

The role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and client-facing professionalism, with travel to proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and solve problems under pressure.
• Familiarity with court procedures, legal terminology, and digital recording technology preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Notary Public license and CER certification.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record legal proceedings using advanced audio/video equipment.
• Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority.
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription and playback as needed.
• Manage and secure exhibits, backup files, and job-specific worksheets.
• Maintain professionalism and build relations with clients and legal professionals.
• Prepare for assignments and respond to communications promptly.
