Esquire Deposition Solutions is seeking a Digital Reporter to capture verbatim records of depositions and other judicial proceedings, in-person or remote, using specialized recording software and hardware. You will administer oaths, annotate testimony for transcription, and ensure smooth and professional proceedings while protecting exhibits and playback materials.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with court procedures, legal terminology, and digital recording technology is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Notary Public license and CER certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and touch typing (60 wpm with accuracy).
• Associate’s degree in legal studies, communications, or audio/visual technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record legal proceedings using advanced audio/video equipment
• Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription and playback as needed
• Manage and secure exhibits, backup files, and complete job-specific worksheets
