Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions is hiring a Digital Reporter to capture and preserve verbatim records of depositions and other legal proceedings. You’ll work with purpose-built recording software and equipment, on-site in your region or remotely, to produce high‑quality audio/video documentation and manage exhibits.

You will receive training, certification support, and a clear path to growth, including senior roles and trainer/mentor opportunities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and dependable demeanor.
• Comfort with everyday tech and MS Office; able to learn recording platforms.
• Touch typing around 50 wpm with accuracy.
• Willingness to obtain Notary Public license and CER certification.
• High school diploma required; college degree or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and preserve verbatim audio/video records of depositions.
• Set up equipment and verify flawless recordings.
• Administer oaths and act as neutral authority.
• Annotate testimony for transcription, search, and playback.
• Manage and secure exhibits, back up files, complete worksheets.
• Build professional relationships with attorneys, clients, colleagues.
