Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the U.S. remote region covering North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky.

You will work with the Digital Pathology team to achieve sales goals, manage CRM data, and deliver product demos and customer training with support from the regional team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Deliver sales and support to ensure customer satisfaction; coordinate product demos and training.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
