Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky with a remote work option. You will meet sales goals, manage the opportunity funnel in SFDC, and coordinate demos, installs, and customer training with mentor support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, strong negotiation skills, and CRM experience. Remote work is available, with 50-75% travel within territory and potential bonus/incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Deliver sales and support and coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools.
• Travel 50-75%, mostly in territory.
