Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Sales Specialist for its Digital Pathology team. The role covers North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky with a remote work arrangement.

You will drive revenue growth, manage key customers, and coordinate product demos and training with support from the region. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, experience with Salesforce and MS Office, and a proven ability to negotiate contracts in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through sales and support activities.
• Coordinate product demos, installations and customer training with the team.
• Develop DBS, LBS Tools usage and Territory Business Reviews.
