Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. This remote role reports to the Regional Sales Manager within the Digital Pathology team.

You will build and execute sales strategies, manage the funnel in SFDC, coordinate demos and training, and stay ahead of competitors while leveraging DBS/LBS tools. Extensive travel is expected in the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory and coordinate with the local assigned team.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate product demos, installs, and training with manager/mentor.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies within the territory.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
