Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Solutions Architect for Digital Pathology to clearly communicate complex product and IT information to customers. This remote role covers the Western United States (NV, AZ, CO, UT, NM) with travel ~50% and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in medical imaging/devices sales, Salesforce proficiency, and healthcare IT experience. Base salary $120k–$140k with total target comp $190k–$210k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in medical imaging or devices sales.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• At least 1 year in healthcare IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC with a close/won rate >60%.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support.
