Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in a multi-state territory and to work remotely for North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

You will manage the sales funnel, coordinate product demos and training, and liaise with the regional team to achieve annual goals while staying customer-focused and compliant with DBS/LBS tools. Remote work is eligible for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience.
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support; coordinate product demos, installations, and training.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
