Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth in the U.S. The role covers North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky with a remote work option and reports to the Regional Sales Manager within the Digital Pathology team.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage opportunities in SFDC, and coordinate product demos, installations, and training while monitoring competitive activity and leveraging DBS/LBS tools to expand market

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience.
Proven time management skills.
Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory.
Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
