Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. You will manage opportunities in SFDC, coordinate product demos and training, and monitor competitive moves while collaborating with the Digital Pathology team.

The role supports remote work within the U.S. and requires 50–75% travel, strong negotiation, and excellent relationship-building skills to meet annual sales targets in a matrixed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with local team
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC
• Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and training
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies
• Develop on products and DBS/LBS Tools incl. Power BI, Showpad, Territory Reviews
