Job summary

Eaton's Digital Integration Solutions team seeks a leader for the Northeast region to drive growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This remote role covers Franklin, MA; Hanover, MD; Lewiston, ME; Mountainside, NJ; Warrendale, PA; Boothwyn, PA, with 25% travel and a company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have engineering, leadership experience, and familiarity with EPMS/BAS/BMS SCADA software. Strong focus on safety, talent development, and P&L accountability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ Years experience in managing and/or leading teams in a project-based environment.
• This role requires sponsorship restrictions and relocation limitations as described in the posting.
• No relocation benefit offered; within 50-mile radius of listed locations.
• A valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as sales and marketing agent with sales engineers to drive consulting and engineering sales.
• Provide input to profit plans and forecasts to meet monthly targets.
• Ensure staff development, training, and performance alignment.
• Provide engineering mentorship and frontline technical support.
• Ensure safety of personnel in high, medium, and low voltage environments.
• Manage dispersed field workforce across geographic territory.
• Interface with customers, operations, and product teams.
• Handle escalation procedures and make sound business decisions.
