Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Digital Integration Solutions Team Leader for the Northeast region. You will lead a diverse team of engineers and project managers, driving operational excellence and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution across multiple sites.

The role supports remote work within specified Northeast locations and involves travel about 25%. The position offers a company vehicle, a salary range of $113,000 to $165,000 per year, and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years experience in managing and/or leading teams in a project-based environment.
• Role requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel, with a 25% travel expectation.
• Relocation not offered; within 50-mile radius of listed locations considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader guiding cross-functional teams of engineers and project managers to drive operational excellence and profitable growth.
• Provide input to profit plans and forecasts, ensure projects align with sales quotes, manage subcontractors and inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead safety programs across low/high voltage environments.
• Mentor engineering staff, provide front-line technical support, and interface with customers and executives.
