The role focuses on leadership, sales collaboration, and delivering high-value power monitoring solutions. You will drive operational excellence, develop talent, improve utilization, and ensure safe, high-quality project execution across the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years managing and/or leading project-based teams.
• Must have valid driver's license; relocation not offered.
• No immigration sponsorship; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not supported.
• Active-Duty Military candidates exempt from geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Act as sales and marketing agent to drive consulting and engineering sales.
• Provide input to profit plan and monthly forecasts for operations.
• Recruit, assess, train, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Provide technical mentoring and back-up for engineering staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and safety program execution.
• Manage dispersed field workforce across designated territory and resources.
• Interface with customers, district operations, and support staff.
• Handle escalation procedures in the 24/7 service model.
