Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions in the Southeast. The role leads growth across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings, delivering profitable growth and operational excellence.

You will develop talent, optimize utilization and project performance, and ensure safe, high‑quality execution while partnering with sales to align capacity with regional growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT allowed.
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius restriction.

Responsibilities

• Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market, customer, and technology trends.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagement, develop proposals, and align capacity with growth objectives.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, inventory, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, customer, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
