Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Digital Integration Solutions Team Leader for the Northeast region. This remote role requires living in Mountainside, NJ, or nearby and involves leading delivery, growing profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction across a dispersed workforce.

The role emphasizes talent development, utilization improvement, and safe, high-quality project execution. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure consistent business results while adhering to safety

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
4+ years experience in managing and/or leading teams in a project-based environment.
No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support will be provided for this position.
No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of listed locations will be considered.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% as per policy.

Responsibilities

Act as sales and marketing agent with engineers to drive consulting/engineering growth.
Identify and develop prospective customers and maintain relationships in the local market.
Provide input to profit plan and monthly forecasts to meet numbers.
Lead talent development, training, and performance reviews for the team.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across low to high voltage projects.
