You will partner with sales to identify opportunities, develop profit plans, and align operations with regional demand while driving performance across projects, backlog, and margins. Hybrid role with 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
No immigration sponsorship and 50-mile geographic area restriction.

Responsibilities

Lead growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
Develop profit plans, forecasts and business strategies based on market trends.
Partner with sales to identify opportunities and align capacity with regional growth.
Drive performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, and subcontractors.
Ensure project execution meets safety, quotation, and profitability expectations.
Recruit, develop and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
Champion a zero-incident safety culture and compliance with EHS requirements.
