Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions. Based in the Southeast, you will lead growth, optimize profitability, and ensure safe, high-quality project execution across multiple sites in a hybrid role with travel up to 25%.

You will develop profit plans, forecast business needs, and partner with sales to align capacity with regional growth, while mentoring a technical workforce and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market, customer, and technology trends.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagement, develop proposals, and align operational capacity with regional growth objectives.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, inventory, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, customer, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Eaton, customer, and regulatory EHS requirements.
