Job summary

Eaton’s Digital Integration Solutions group is seeking a Team Leader for the Northeast region. This remote role focuses on leading a skilled team to deliver power monitoring and HMI solutions, while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

You will drive talent development, optimize project performance, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations. Travel up to 25% and a company vehicle are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ Years experience in managing and/or leading teams in a project-based environment.
• Regular Driver with valid license and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales and marketing interface with customers and drive consultant-led growth.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution with accurate forecasts and cost control.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; provide performance feedback and mentorship.
• Provide engineering mentorship and frontline support on technical and commercial issues.
• Maintain safety standards across low, medium, and high voltage environments.
