The position offers a base salary range of $130,000 to $190,000 plus a variable incentive program, with salary guidelines dependent on skills, experience, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years experience in the electrical industry.
• 3+ years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT; no relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
• Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market and technology trends.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities, engage customers, and align capacity with growth.
• Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, safety, and profitability expectations.
• Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and compliance with EHS requirements.
