Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3 years minimum experience; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to build relationships with staff, vendors, volunteers, and partners.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital content across channels to recruit, engage, coach, steward, and retain participants and donors.
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for digital campaign performance and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align communications with fundraising objectives.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to deployment.
• Monitor performance analytics and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
