Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Digital Fundraising Strategy Lead to develop and execute digital campaigns across email, SMS, social, and paid media. You will optimize donor engagement and fundraising outcomes through analytics and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3 years minimum in related digital marketing or fundraising roles; 5–7 years preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising environments.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration with staff, vendors, and external partners.
• Proven project management and multitasking skills.
• Adapt strategies quickly based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of compelling digital content across email, SMS, paid media, social messaging, video, audio, and written channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align digital communications with fundraising objectives.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns from concept through deployment, including copy, design, testing, and launch.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize engagement, fundraising outcomes, and donor experiences.
• Provide ongoing analytics and reporting to stakeholders to drive strategic improvements.
