CDW Group seeks a field-based Consulting Solution Architect to design and promote Digital Experience solutions for CDW customers nationally, with emphasis on state and local accounts. You will guide customers, engage partners, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to expand services.

You will maintain strategic relationships, lead technical discussions, and translate needs into clear SOWs while traveling up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience or 12+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Deep technical expertise in Digital Experience and unified communications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, calling, and related Digital Experience solutions.
• Ability to write statements of work and define and understand solution scope.
• Sales or presales background with strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
• Lead customer-facing conversations for Digital Experience solutions and provide deep technical guidance across unified communications, Microsoft Teams, Webex, calling, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, sellers, and sales leaders to provide consultative guidance, develop sales strategies, and support opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and translate them into clear solution scope, assumptions, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to align solutions with customer long-term goals.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, sales, delivery leadership, and key strategic partners.
• Support state and local customer opportunities, including RFP and contract-related requirements.
