Job summary

CDW is seeking a Consulting Solution Architect to drive Digital Experience solutions for state, local, and national customers. You will lead customer conversations, craft architecture, and advise on deployment and advisory services while aligning with sales strategies.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and sales leaders to scope opportunities, write SOWs, and travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed. Strong pre-sales experience and Microsoft Teams/Webex expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or post-sale delivery roles.
• Deep technical expertise in Digital Experience and unified communications.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to define solution scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture, health checks, deployment, and advisory services.
• Lead customer conversations for Digital Experience solutions and provide technical guidance across Teams, Webex, calling, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, sellers, and leaders to develop sales strategies and support opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into clear SOWs, scope, and deliverables.
• Analyze technical and competitive factors to align solutions with long-term goals.
• Travel to customer locations up to 25% as needed.
