Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to act as a quota-carrying overlay, expanding digital footprint within existing customers.

You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders while partnering with Core AE to drive opportunities and whitespace across the Digital portfolio: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. You will develop strategic account plans, coordinate resources, and articulate Salesforce value through outcomes like

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level and above.
Ability to build and deliver business cases and presentations.
Familiar with Martech, Commerce, CDP or data platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
Drive overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
Collaborate with Core AE on account strategy and executive engagement.
Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
Articulate Salesforce value through outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Grow within accounts through new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell.
Maintain a healthy pipeline via account mapping and joint campaigns.
Forecast accurately and keep pipeline clean.
