Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint within existing customers. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders while the Core AE handles broader sales.

This quota-carrying overlay role focuses on opportunities across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. You will develop an account strategy, coordinate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success, and help drive growth through upsell and

Qualifications

8-10+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota as a specialist or overlay seller.
Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level or higher.
Strong discovery, storytelling, negotiation and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders and drive customer satisfaction.
Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
Coordinate with Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
Perform account planning, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources for alignment.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
Share Salesforce value propositions tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Drive growth within accounts through new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and outbound campaigns.
Forecast accurately with clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
