Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to drive expansion within existing customers, partnering with Core Account Executives to grow the digital footprint within the portfolio. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while the Core AE handles broader sales and service relationships.

You will drive new opportunities, whitespace and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360, and you’ll forecast

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level and above.
• Ability to build and deliver presentations and business cases.
• Strong discovery, storytelling, negotiation and executive presence.
• Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, balancing hunting with account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, driving satisfaction.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
• Partner closely with the Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud resources for alignment.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Share Salesforce value: personalization, data unification, commerce growth and revenue lifecycle efficiency.
• Drive growth within assigned accounts via new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns with the Core AE.
