Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the roadmap and execution for online and mobile banking, treasury management, and related customer-facing platforms.

The role involves directing the digital banking team, collaborating with IT, risk, and business leaders, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring security and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of banking experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions, CTP or AAP certifications is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic partners.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management.
