Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and enhancements of our digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking, payments, and treasury management.

The role directs the digital banking team, collaborates with risk, security, and vendors, and reports to the Enterprise Application Delivery Director. Remote work options are available, with flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in commercial banking.
• Experience in managing and leading support teams.
• Extensive knowledge of payment solutions; CTP or AAP certifications is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from strategic business partners.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management activities.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report on KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Lead the Digital Banking Solutions Team to resolve incidents and drive enhancements.
