The role leads a digital banking team, partners with security and compliance, and collaborates with business leaders to deliver secure, customer-centric digital experiences. Remote work potential is being considered.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital banking products, online/mobile platforms, payments, and treasury management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong strategic planning and ROI analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital banking solutions roadmap with stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests from business units.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Partner with Information Security and Compliance on risk management.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Support Treasury Management and Retail Banking digital strategies.
• Report KPIs and performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Lead the Digital Banking Solutions Team to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Report to the Enterprise Application Delivery Director.
