Sunflower Bank N.A. is seeking an energetic Digital Banking Solutions Manager to lead the strategic direction and administration of our digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking, payments, and treasury management.

You will supervise the digital banking analyst and support teams, ensuring secure, compliant, and customer-focused experiences. You will collaborate with business leaders and IT partners to deliver enhancements, manage vendor contracts, and drive continuous digital

• Experience with Digital Banking products, Treasury Management, and Product Management in commercial banking.
• Experience leading support teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Flexibility in hours and ability to work remote or with varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the digital banking solutions roadmap with input from partners and stakeholders.
• Serve as technical owner for online and mobile banking solutions.
• Prioritize and manage enhancement requests; coordinate platform upgrades and releases.
• Lead vendor relationships and contract performance reviews; collaborate with Information Security and Compliance on risk management.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Report KPIs and digital performance metrics to leadership.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, and service quality; manage the product lifecycle.
